Tempest Rods come with a one year original owner warranty against defects in the
rod blank. Tempest EX Heavy have a lifetime warranty against defects in the rod blank
to the original owner. Damaged rods must be returned to Tempest rods. The rod will
be repaired or replaced subject to our rod department's determination and on file
warranty card information.
Please return the rod, including broken parts, freight prepaid and insured to Tempest
Rods. Please include a note explaining the problem and $25.00 for return shipping.
The warranty does not cover misuse, accident, normal wear, theft, or neglect.
